Impact Artists Gallery: "Diverse Dimensional Approaches: Paper and Sculpture" Group Show

Three concept pieces from "When Ruby was Blue" will show alongside other paper-based artists at Impact Artist Gallery in Buffalo, New York during March and April.  Holla at my girl if you're in town.

On another note, I thought I'd share Ira Glass's thoughts on taste, some insight that has provided me comfort in my artistic efforts.  All artists have experienced what he's talking about.  The beginning years of making art that is trying to be good, but isn't quite there.  I've seen progress in my recent work, and I feel like it's getting closer to the end of that gap (at 30, still not there yet, but enjoying the ride!).  I love having this blog, so that I can look back on old work and see how it's progressed...I also love looking at other's blogs to see the same thing.  Makes me see that my personal struggles are universal, and that I'm not so alone in that way.
