Holiday Craft Fair

Laika had a holiday craft fair, so I scooped myself up a table again this past December.  These guys are micron pen on wood, with a little white spray paint and acrylic.

Solo Art Show

I had my first solo art show!  It was a very exciting moment for me.  Nothing grand, but very exciting.

Portfolio Update

It's been a while since I've updated my portfolio.  Here it is, some new, some old, but different layouts.

Been thinking a lot about what to do in many aspects in my life.  How I want to shape my future.  Sometimes I get overwhelmed with the possibilities, what my next step should be and how to make the best of my time to get there.  I take solace in this quote:
"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. This weekend

Standing next to my Dad and a waterfall is the only time I seem short.

 Had a great time with the Parental Units visiting me in Portland this weekend.

This exact time last year, straight down to the same week, I got off of a plane in Jackson to be told that my Dad had cancer.  A year later, this very week, my Dad got off of a plane in Portland, and I got to see him well for the first time.  It makes my heart so happy.
