This is my first lip-syncing project: spec-work with a sound clip from a feature film in production. They said I could use any puppet I like, so I started building, and this is the result:

Sorry to find this so late.
Beautiful puppet! The seaming just looks perfect, no way I could ever tell this was foam buildup. I think you actually have a cleaner approach than some do. You're making me want to take another look at that puppet construction method. I've been running for plasticine's shelter for too long and it can be limiting in some ways.
If you ever want to trade tips, I know a lot of stuff you might find useful!
